Qatibo is a business management product built so small and medium-sized businesses can run their day-to-day work from one place. It is built and maintained by Artsan Studio.
What is Qatibo?
Qatibo is a product brand made up of two separate applications. Qatibo Esnaf is for businesses run single-handedly or with a few employees: sales, current accounts, collections, cash and stock are gathered on one screen. Qatibo Business is for firms where the work is spread across a team: job files, tasks, quotes, finance and staff management live on the same platform.
The two applications run at separate addresses because their needs differ. Stretching a single application across both would leave each side facing screens that do not serve their work.
Who builds it?
Qatibo is built by Artsan Studio. The roadmap, the updates and the support all come from the same team; there is no reseller or intermediary in between.
That means you always know who to talk to when something goes wrong. The email you write reaches the team that writes the product.
How do we work?
Three things do not change as the product grows. First: records are never deleted. A wrong entry is corrected but its history is not lost — in a dispute you need to be able to show who did what and when.
Second: every business sees only its own data, and that separation is enforced in the database itself, not in the application layer. Third: we do not do things we have not said. Every feature written on these pages genuinely exists in the product.
