No form data is sent to our servers automatically from this site. The email address you type into the notification field is added to a message composed in your own email application; if you decide to send it, your address reaches us.

When you contact us by email or telephone, the name, contact details and message content you provide are processed.

This page is published statically. No advertising cookies, third-party tracking code or visitor profiling tools are used.

The cloud infrastructure hosting the site may keep standard server logs in order to deliver the service and maintain its security.

Purpose of processing and legal basis

Your data is processed in order to answer your request, carry out commercial communication and send the launch announcement.

The legal basis is, under Article 5 of the KVKK, the establishment or performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller and, where required, your explicit consent.

Retention and transfer

Data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the mandatory retention periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted or anonymised.

Data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Transfers are limited to the infrastructure providers strictly required to deliver the service and, where there is a legal obligation, to the competent authorities.
