KVKK Privacy Notice

What does this notice cover?
This notice covers the corporate website (qatibo.com) only. Data processed when you sign up for the Qatibo Esnaf and Qatibo Business applications is subject to the contract and privacy notice of the application concerned.
Personal data processed
This site is published statically: you do not need to sign in to view its pages, and the pages do not set cookies.
When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, the name, contact details and message content you provide are processed in order to answer your request. None of this reaches us unless you choose to send it.
Purpose of processing and legal basis
Your contact details are processed in order to answer your question and meet your request. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the data controller under Article 5/2-(f) of the KVKK, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the Law, by applying to the data controller you may:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about it if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred
- Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurately processed
- Request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law
- Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
- Object to a result reached against you solely through analysis by automated systems
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because the data was processed unlawfully
