Qatibo is not a single application. Esnaf and Business are separate products, run at separate addresses, and they make different jobs easier. The choice comes down to how your work flows.
Qatibo Esnaf: when one or a few people run the work
Esnaf targets the work behind the counter. The sale is entered as it happens, the payment is recorded as it happens, and the current account updates itself. The point is not to carry a ledger home in the evening.

One question decides it
Does a job need to pass through more than one person before it is finished? If the answer is no, Esnaf is enough. If it is yes, you need Business — because there the real problem is not keeping the record but making it visible who does what, and when.
